    Topher Williams

    FOUNDER + PRESIDENT

    Topher has nearly 15 years of experience building campaigns and programs in service of progressive and Democratic politics. With a diverse background spanning federal, state and local campaigns, Topher has played a pivotal role in advancing progressive and Democratic causes.

    His expertise extends beyond political campaigns to encompass roles with state-based and national nonprofits, along with active involvement in various advocacy and arts organizations.

    They have held significant positions in numerous political campaigns, showcasing their commitment to making an impact. Topher received accolades such as Montana's 25-under-25 award in 2015 and the Last Best Speaker Award in 2017.

    Topher lives in Denver, Colorado with their partner Austin, and their two cats Lucy Lou and Ophelia.

    Austin Montoya

    MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Austin Montoya is a seasoned communications strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations shape narratives, influence public opinion, and drive policy change. He brings a fully integrated communications skill set—spanning narrative strategy, earned and digital media, public opinion research, message development, design, email strategy, website development, and project management.

    Austin has led major communications initiatives for some of the nation’s foremost philanthropic and advocacy institutions, including the largest LGBTQ funder in the country and the largest foundation in Colorado. His work has supported efforts in health equity, LGBTQ rights, reproductive justice, protecting democracy, and other social impact areas.

    With a deep understanding of policy, legislative processes, and advocacy landscapes, Austin approaches every project with an equity-centered, collaborative mindset. Based in Denver, he partners with nonprofits, foundations, and advocacy groups seeking strategic, reliable, and high-impact communications support.

    John Ellison

    PAID MEDIA BUYER

    John has worked in the digital advertising space for nearly 20 years, supporting a breadth of industries, including politics, advocacy, government affairs, non-profits, and financial services. For the past 10+ years, John has focused heavily on persuasion-based advertising – understanding the ideal mix of messaging, audience, placement, and frequency most likely to change hearts and minds.

    John has a deep understanding of developing audience-first media strategies, executing media programs across an array of platforms, and delivering metrics that show meaningful results.

    Most recently, John has served as Founder of Panowatch, a consulting firm that helps campaigns and causes prevail through the use of digital media. John has worked alongside large national campaigns such as Biden for President, statewide Senatorial campaigns and ballot measures, as well as local races where the impact on communities is felt day in and day out.

    Prior to founding Panowatch, John worked for Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI), serving as Head of Buying and overseeing all programmatic, search, and social paid media activities. Previously, John worked for World Wildlife Fund (WWF), managing the non-profit’s paid-search advertising and display advertising programs.

    John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. He enjoys photography, art, and playing sports with his two sons.

    Danielle Goodman

    VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

    Dani is a seasoned accountant and dedicated tax consultant with a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of finance. With over twenty years of experience in the field, they have built a reputation for delivering expert financial guidance and tax strategies tailored to their clients' unique needs.

    Throughout their career, Dani has worked with diverse clientele, ranging from small businesses and startups to high-net-worth individuals. Their expertise extends across a broad spectrum of financial services, including providing guidance to companies on financial management, budgeting, and growth strategies to enhance their bottom line.

    Dani holds two degrees from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Outside of their professional work, they actively engage with their local community in Missoula, MT and enjoy dedicating their time and financial expertise to support various charitable initiatives within their community.

    Darci Larsen

    GRAPHIC DESIGNER

    Darci is a PNW-based designer with over 15 years of experience in politics, campaigns, and design. She has serviced clients nationwide with web, graphic, advertising, print and branding design, doing work for state legislative races, House and Senate campaigns, activism efforts, business branding, and nonprofit work all the way up to designing for the Biden-Harris presidential race.

    With a background rooted firmly in political campaigns and digital organizing, Darci brings a unique perspective to design work, ensuring that every piece of creative is visually appealing and richly saturated with the language, symbolism, and specific visual nuances are chosen to make the target audience take action.

    Darci earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. She lives in Seattle, WA, with her fiancé, cat, too many vintage Pyrex bowls, and too small of a garden.
